There are tables sorting all the stocks by different rules. Check the day's and week's movers to see which stocks have risen and fallen the most in the relevant time period. If a stock has fallen a lot it may mean that it will rise in value soon, but you can never be sure. The day's and week's volume traded show which stocks players are finding the most interesting and so are trading the most. These are likely to change quite a bit in value, so you might be able to pick a stock which will shoot up. Then again, you might not. The volume held table shows the stocks which are most popular. That is, those whose shares players have bought most of. Typically, though not always, these will be amongst the most expensive shares. Speaking of which, the prices table shows the most expensive and the cheapest shares. A share at the bottom of the pile might be quite likely to rise in value, although you could find that it still has further to fall. Finally, market capitalisation shows the value of the shares bought in a team. That is to say, it's the share price multiplied by the volume held. This is unlikely to help you much, but you may find it interesting to see which teams players think are worth the most - in real stock markets, the market cap of a company is how much it is worth.
