First you will have to login by entering your username and password on the home page and clicking "login". On the next page, select the section you wish to play - football, F1 or "MultiSport". MultiSport enables you to trade shares in teams and players from various sports, such as cricket, golf and tennis.

Once you've chosen the section, you will be taken to the portfolio page. Take a look around, and you will see that you have 1,000,000 groats, which you can use to buy shares. To do this, click "Trade" to view a list of the stocks. Having chosen a stock you like the look of, you will be taken to the trading page. On this page, enter the number of shares you want to buy in the stock. You may buy as many as you can afford, up to a maximum of 5,000.

If you want your computer to calculate how many you can buy, click "Buy Max". If you want to see how much the chosen amount of shares would cost to buy, and how much money you'd have left, click "How Much?". Having finally settled on a number of shares you'd like to buy, click "Trade" and the transaction will go ahead. If you return to your portfolio, you will find that your cash value has decreased, and row of information has appeared telling you all about the shares you now own.
