As mentioned in the last section, teams' prices update straight after they play a match. Whilst they are playing trading in the teams is suspended to keep the game fair. As soon as the prices have updated, trading is allowed to start again. After the match, the prices of winning and losing teams are frozen, so that players who can't trade straight after the game don't lose out. The freeze is removed very early the next morning. The prices of teams which draw move up and down as normal.
